At Deimos Art, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new artwork doesn’t perfectly complement your space, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and a prepaid shipping label.

Prepare the Artwork

Carefully repackage the item in its original protective materials and shipping box to ensure it remains undamaged during transit.

Ship the Item

Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our gallery team inspects the returned piece, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
